Fire and Ice On Toby Creek

Located off 111 South Main Street in Trucksville, Fire and Ice is also one of the best restaurants in the Back Mountain. They have an expansive menu that includes pizza, burgers, salads, steak, seafood, and more. If there’s anything that you don’t see on the menu, they will be more than happy to take note of it or accommodate any of your dietary or vegetarian requests. What’s even better is they’re open for business on a Sunday which is a great deal considering how limited the dining options are in this area especially on that day. They are open from 11:30 am to 8 pm or 9:30 pm from Monday to Saturday. They open late on Sundays from 4 pm to 8 pm.

The atmosphere at Fire and Ice is definitely upscale but never intimidating. The ambiance is really nice. It’s quiet, cozy and dimly lit. People love taking their time here so it makes sense to start with some cocktails and appetizer dips. The standout, however, is their complimentary bread that is served with fresh hummus and honey-thyme butter. Careful with it though, it is so delicious that you just might eat too much and not have space for the rest of the meal. Salads are excellent as well as the soup and steak. The calamari was a pleasant surprise too. Overall, excellent service, reasonable price, and fantastic food.
